Reyna (on the left) received the PRIZE gift of the evening! Edith (on the right) made a turtle basket that all of us were eyeing and hoping against hope! But I was very happy that Reyna was the one to receive it! Remember, Edith is the gal who taught us to make baskets!

Delia (on the left) hosted us in her little restaurant and made the delicious meal for us. We had spaggeti and mixiotes - which consists of chicken, carrots and nopales in a special sauce, wrapped in tin foil and steamed, (and DELICIOUS!!) and bread. I topped it off with cupcakes topped with a small Christmas candy cane. Delia also served us delicious fruit drinks (jamaica, orange, horchata - the rice drink - and tamarindo! It was all wonderful!
