Angels in the Camp

I just read a good, good book. Angels in the Camp by Jan Markell. Actually I read it in Spanish: Ángeles en los campos de concentración. It is described in Amazon as "a remarkable story of peace in the midst of the holocaust." God protected Anita Dittman during the 12 years of war in Germany - she was 10 years old when it started and 22 when it ended. God sustained her and she was able to witness "angels" all along the way who made her suffering just a bit more tolerable, and not only that, they protected her from a fate worse than death. God is good! I don't know if this book is in print - and sometimes I wonder WHY I read books of suffering like this one! But it was worth it!
